Inspired by the soft yellow “Phoenician Yellow” Plasti Dip spray paint, I created a glowing summer tablescape with yellow-painted vintage candleholders and vases. I had fun searching through my local vintage store for a few mismatched accents for the table like milk glass taper candleholders and a tin plate for holding a pillar candle. To unify these treasures I used the spray paint to create a matching set of yellow decor for the dinner table, which matched the warm glow of the candles. See how it all came together below!
The “Phoenician Yellow” color is inspired by the iconic 1964 Ford Mustang and is part of Plasti Dip’s Classic Muscle collection. It is a classic pale yellow and was perfect for creating a warm setting in my living room. Like all Plasti Dip products, the paint creates a rubberized, peelable coating. Whenever I’m ready for a new color on these pieces, I can simply peel this coating off and spray a new one on!
To match the yellow paint, I used a mix of pale carnations, hydrangeas, and white limonium in blue vases and the cut-glass bud vase I spray painted.

I love how the soft yellow on the table reflected the candlelight for the glowiest setting! It was perfect for enjoying a summer dinner with friends. I served rosemary chicken and tabbouleh for a Mediterranean-inspired meal and am already ready to let another Plasti Dip color inspire my next party… Check out Plasti Dip’s color collections and purchase on Amazon here!
